This position offers the flexibility to work from home while helping clients protect what matters most. Position Overview:
As a Insurance Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for generating new business by selling Allstate's suite of insurance products. Your primary focus will be on building strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored insurance solutions. This role is sales-driven with a base salary plus commission, giving you the opportunity to earn based on your performance. Key Responsibilities:
- Generate and close leads through outbound calls, referrals, and marketing campaigns.
- Provide exceptional customer service and maintain client relationships.
- Educate clients on available insurance products to meet their needs.
- Meet and exceed sales targets.
- Ensure compliance with all insurance standards and guidelines.
- Active Property and Casualty (P&C) or Life and Health (L&H) insurance license required.
- Proven track record of success in insurance sales.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency with technology and online sales platforms.
