$100,000.00/yr - $110,000.00/yr
Job Title: Account Executive
Work Type: Full Time - Remote
Salary Range: $100-110K base - OTE 300K
Location: Phoenix, Arizona
About the Company:
We are partnered with a leading North American digital professional services firm. They are looking for a new Account Executive to join their team!
Responsibilities:
- Find and engage new clients needing app and web development
- Manage the full sales cycle — from initial contact to signed contract
- Understand client goals and recommend tailored solutions
- Build strong relationships with key decision-makers
- Collaborate with developers and designers to deliver projects
- Maintain an organized sales pipeline using a CRM
Qualifications:
- Proven sales experience in digital/web/mobile services
- Strong closing skills — confident from initial call to deal closure
- Tech-savvy — understanding of app and website development
- Self-motivated and proactive — able to make things happen
- Comfortable with outbound prospecting and cold outreach
- Excellent communication skills — able to clearly explain digital solutions
- Familiarity with the Texas business market is a plus
