Dispatcher Evening Shift

:

We are looking for a reliable Dispatcher to act as a communication point for our company. The ideal candidate must be primarily an excellent communicator and able to remain calm and composed. You must be able to multi-task as well as take the appropriate action with little supervision. The goal is to enable different parties to communicate well by ensuring the accurate and timely transmission of information.

Health and Benefits available after 90 days. Immediate raise after probationary period.

Overtime is available once training is completed.

Pay is: Hourly ($16) + Commission ( on average + $4-$6+ /hour) + optional overtime

All of our Dispatchers average $21-$23+ an hour after commissions

• EVENING SHIFT ONLY 3PM - 11PM AND 4PM-12AM

Responsibilities

• Receive emergency and non-emergency calls and record significant information
• Address problems and requests by transmitting information or providing solutions
• Receive and dispatch technicians to job sites
• Prioritize calls according to urgency and importance
• Monitor the route and status of the technicians to coordinate and prioritize their schedule
• Enter data in system and maintain job boards up to date with live updates

Skills

• Proven experience as dispatcher or relevant position
• Tech-savvy
• Fast typing
• Proficient in English (oral and written), Bi lingual is a plus
• Outstanding organizational and multitasking abilities
• Active listener with excellent communication skills
• Sound judgement and critical thinking

Requirements

• Open Availability (Including Nights and Weekends) our office is open from 6am to 12 am midnight. You must be available within those timeframes
• Reliable Source of Transportation
• Must have valid Drivers License
• Applicant must be able to pass a background check and drug test
• Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent Required.
