Job Description

We are looking for a highly organized and articulate Communications Associate to join our team. This role is essential in supporting the development and delivery of internal and external communications, ensuring consistent messaging, and contributing to the company's communication strategy across various channels (excluding social media).

Responsibilities

• Draft, edit, and proofread internal and external communications including press releases, reports, memos, newsletters, and presentations.

• Assist in preparing communication materials for leadership and cross-functional teams.

• Coordinate with departments to ensure timely and accurate messaging.

• Support event planning and communication for corporate meetings and initiatives.

• Conduct research and analysis to support strategic communications planning.

• Maintain and update content for internal platforms and documentation.

• Ensure brand voice and message consistency across all written communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, English, Journalism, or a related field.

• 1–3 years of experience in a communications, writing, or administrative support role.

• Exceptional writing and editing skills with keen attention to detail.

• Strong organizational and time-management skills.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
