Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise staff to maintain high-quality patient care and workflow
• Maintain budgetary and fiscal accountability for the department
• Uphold regulatory standards and coordinate department services with the hospital's primary function
• Collaborate with employees, physicians, and community members to ensure exceptional service
• Engage in strategic planning to drive departmental growth and improvement

Qualifications:

• Completion of JRCERT formal program in Radiologic Technology
• Bachelor's of Science or related Health Profession preferred
• Five years of experience in radiology in a hospital setting, with three years of supervisory experience
• Current Arizona Registered Radiologic Technologist (ARRT) and Certified Radiology Tech (CRT) certifications required
