Come work with a woman and therapist run company! Ampersand Therapy is seeking to elevate the employment experience of working in schools. We are looking for a Special Education Teacher in the Tucson, AZ area for the 25-26 school year.

Job Details:

• Position for the 2025-2026 school year
• Full-time, 1.0 FTE (37.5 paid hours per week)
• Emotional Disturbance (ED) Classroom
• Elementary position
• Supporting students with emotional and behavioral disabilities
• Work with Special Education Team to implement accommodations, interventions, etc. according to student IEPs
• Attend staff meetings, IEP meetings, and coordinate with school teams

Qualifications :

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college/university
• Arizona Special Education Certificate
• Emotional Disabilities experience
• Valid Arizona IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card
