IT Business Analysis Analyst
Roles & Responsibilities
- Act as the plant IT partner for managing IT solutions, infrastructure, and application development.
- Troubleshoot system issues, lead IT support, and implement process improvements.
- Assess and document business needs, and recommend IT infrastructure requirements.
- Adhere to development, change management, and validation policies.
Experience Required
- Experience with system implementation and at least 3 years in IT infrastructure (servers, networking, desktop).
- Regulated or medical devices industry experience is a plus.
Skills & Certifications
- Proficiency in programming (VB.NET, C#, HTML, PHP, CSS, JavaScript, SQL), development frameworks, tools, and databases.
- Strong problem-solving, multitasking, and project management skills.
Eligibilities & qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, MIS, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Knowledge of project management, SDLC, and IT infrastructure preferred.
