Your Role:

  • Provide leadership and oversight of all clinical programs including intake, group services, and outpatient therapy.
  • Supervise and support skill development among clinical supervisors and providers across multiple licensure levels and disciplines such as counseling, social work, and psychiatry.
  • Collaborate with the Medical Director to oversee psychiatric services and ensure effective integration with other clinical programs.
  • Ensure all clinical services are delivered in accordance with organizational policies, procedures, and regulatory and accreditation requirements.
  • Develop, implement, and monitor quality improvement initiatives to enhance client outcomes and satisfaction.
  • Establish and track key clinical performance indicators including caseload retention, client engagement, and clinical outcomes.
  • Oversee the development, training, and evaluation of clinical staff, promoting professional growth and best practice standards.
  • Lead program development and evaluation to ensure services remain evidence based, client centered, and outcome driven.
  • Monitor compliance with documentation, treatment planning, and service delivery standards.
  • Partner with administrative and operational leadership to align clinical practices with organizational goals.
  • Guide the integration of new clinical models, interventions, and technologies to improve care delivery.
  • Support clinical supervisors in addressing clinical performance concerns and ensuring accountability.
  • Develop and supervise clinical onboarding, orientation, and ongoing training initiatives.
  • Represent clinical programs in internal and external meetings, audits, and accreditation reviews.
  • Manage a small direct clinical caseload to remain connected to clinical practice and client needs.

Qualifications :

  • Doctoral degree in psychology (PhD or PsyD).
  • Must continuously hold and maintain an active psychologist license issued by the Arizona Board of Psychologist Examiners (BOPE) and the Texas Behavioral Health Executive Council (BHEC). The company will pay for the cost of application for licensure in Texas.
  • Must continuously hold and maintain clinical supervision status in Arizona and Texas. The company will pay for the cost of obtaining clinical supervisor status in Arizona and Texas.
  • Proven ability to lead clinical teams effectively, producing measurable results, and advancing organizational goals.
  • Minimum of three years’ experience in clinical practice and clinical supervision.
  • Expertise in behavioral health interviewing techniques and application of diagnostic criteria consistent with the current edition of the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (DSM); able to perform, supervise, and teach these practices across licensure levels.
  • Proficiency in administering, scoring, supervising, and teaching the use of a broad range of professional self-report and standardized assessment measures, ensuring accurate interpretation and application across disciplines.
  • Advanced ability to develop, implement, and oversee evidence-based clinical practices; skilled in training and supervising clinicians to ensure fidelity to standards of care.
  • Strong capacity to formulate and clearly communicate treatment recommendations to clients, families, and interdisciplinary teams, ensuring alignment with evidence-based best practices.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of relevant healthcare laws and regulations, standards of The Joint Commission, and guidelines for both commercial and government insurance programs, including Tricare and TriWest.
  • Well-developed analytical skills with demonstrated success in formulating and analyzing data from electronic health records (EHR), patient satisfaction surveys, and operational metrics, and applying findings to evaluate, monitor, and improve the quality and efficiency of clinical operations.
