Automotive Internet Sales Manager

Horne Nissan Yuma is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Internet Manager to lead our Internet Sales Department. The position requires a hands-on individual who will be responsible for managing online leads, overseeing the Internet Sales team, and driving digital strategies that maximize customer engagement, lead conversion, and dealership profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, train, and motivate the Internet Sales team to achieve lead response time, appointment setting, and closing goals.
• Manage online leads from all sources (OEM, third-party, and dealership website) to ensure timely follow-up and conversion.
• Monitor and improve key performance metrics, including:
  • Response Time (goal: 5 minutes or less)
  • Contact and Appointment Set Rates
  • Appointment Show Rates
  • Closing Ratios
• Collaborate with the Sales Management Team to align digital sales strategies with overall dealership objectives.
• Optimize CRM utilization and ensure processes are consistently followed by the team.
• Analyze lead traffic, marketing ROI, and digital campaigns to identify opportunities for growth.
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and online reputation management.
• Recruit Internet Staff
• Set sales goals and lead the team to achieve and exceed those quotas.
• Coach internet staff on best practices and provide advice and guidance to improve sales performance.
• Daily interaction with customers via phone, email, text, and chat to provide information about vehicles and services.
• Conduct virtual Presentations or demonstrations of vehicles as needed

Job Requirements:

Qualifications:

• Proven track record of success in Internet Sales management or a related automotive sales leadership role.
• Proficiency with technology
• Strong knowledge of dealership CRM systems (e.g., VinSolutions, DealerSocket, Elead, etc.).
• Highly coachable with the ability to adapt to new systems and processes.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and coaching skills.
• Ability to analyze performance data and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Highly organized, process-oriented, and customer-focused.
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Punctual and results-driven with a strong goal orientation.

Compensation & Benefits:

• $72,000 plus annual income
