Key Responsibilities

• Administer and optimize Dynatrace, Splunk, and OpenSearch/Elasticsearch platforms
• Configure Dynatrace OneAgent, ActiveGate, Synthetic Monitoring, RUM, DEM, Davis AI, and APM
• Administer Splunk Enterprise including Forwarders, Indexers, Search Heads, and ITSI while building dashboards and alerts
• Support Linux infrastructure and Kubernetes environments including Docker, OpenShift, and Rancher
• Perform root cause analysis and reduce MTTR using observability tools and AI/ML for anomaly detection
• Automate operational tasks and leverage AI/ML for proactive remediation

Qualifications

• 7+ years in observability, monitoring, logging, or SRE/DevOps roles
• Hands-on experience with Dynatrace, Splunk, Elasticsearch, Kubernetes, and Linux
• Strong scripting skills in Python, Bash, and PowerShell
• Experience with OpenTelemetry, distributed tracing, and AI/ML observability
• Proven track record in root cause analysis and MTTR reduction
