The Role

Risas Dental and Braces is seeking a Bilingual (English/Spanish) Marketing & Community Relations Specialist to join our marketing department. This role offers the opportunity to create partnerships and lead, manage, and execute impactful community events. You will play a vital role in building lasting relationships with community partners and focus on new and existing Patients.

This full-time hybrid opportunity is based in Phoenix, Arizona with 3 days in office and 2 days remote. Occasional travel is required to serve our markets throughout Phoenix, Tucson, Denver, Las Vegas, and San Antonio.

Key Responsibilities:

· Build and manage community partnerships in our markets, including non-profits, businesses, schools, and other organizations

· Plan, organize, and represent Risas at community events and coordinate new Patient lead gen efforts for our dental offices

· Execute promotional and logistics aspects for partnerships, including event promotion, catering, event set-up/tear-down, and related items

· Gather insights and effectiveness of promotions and participation in community events

· Collaborate with Marketing department and offices to coordinate content for promotions, events, and volunteers

· Occasional travel is required to serve all our markets in Phoenix, Tucson, Denver, Las Vegas, and San Antonio.

Skills and Qualifications:

· Fluent in both English and Spanish (speak, read, and write)

· BS/BA degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Health, etc. preferred

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a Patient-first mindset

· Excellent organizational and project management skills with an attention to detail

· Ability to maintain contacts, calendar, schedules, and event files

· Skilled in engaging stakeholders and negotiating effectively

· Ability to work some nights and weekends, as necessary
