Mariposa Therapy Services is a multidisciplinary, clinician-led pediatric therapy organization serving schools across the Greater Phoenix region.

We are actively interviewing for a full-time Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) to support school-based services in Coolidge, Arizona for the 2026–2027 school year. Many of our therapists commute from Gilbert, Chandler, and Queen Creek , making this a manageable and highly preferred service area for East Valley clinicians.

Essential Responsibilities

• Provide speech and language therapy services to students under the supervision of a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist

• Implement therapy plans developed by supervising SLPs to address student communication goals

• Use creative and engaging therapy strategies to support student participation and progress

• Maintain accurate session documentation and data collection using a web-based system

• Collaborate with supervising SLPs, teachers, and school staff to support student outcomes

• Participate in team meetings and assist with therapy materials and activities as directed

• Demonstrate positive rapport with students, families, and school teams

• Follow district and state guidelines for therapy services and documentation
