Warehouse Associate

We are seeking a meticulous and tech-savvy Inventory Control & Shipping/Receiving Specialist to manage our stockroom, ERP transactions, and shipping operations. In this role, you will be the backbone of our inventory traceability—ensuring that every part that comes in or goes out is physically labeled, accurately tracked in our ERP system, and reported cleanly in Excel.

work hours: 8 AM - 4 PM

Responsibilities

• Accept, count, and virtually receive shipments and documentation into ERP SYSTEM
• Physically label all inventory at receiving and in stock room with part number, rev, and purchase order or job order number to maintain physical traceability
• Stow inventory physically and virtually assign bin ID in ERP SYSTEM
• (Kit) Pull & Issue inventory physically and virtually in ERP SYSTEM
• Use ERP SYSTEM to problem solve & research inventory discrepancies
• Continuously cycle count inventory to 100% accuracy, advise on any discrepancies, and work with management team to correct
• Maintain and send Receiving Report using excel
• Maintain and send Kitting Report using excel
• Maintain and send Inventory Report using exce
• Package items for stock and for shipment as needed
• Generate shipping documents and create UPS/Fedex labels as needed
• Double check all work to prevent errors

The essential functions of this role include:

• wearing steel toe shoes
• manual lifting up to 25lbs
• standing for 8 hours at one time
