Inside Sales Consultant (Telesales) II

- Be available to consult with small business prospects contacting QuickBooks - Gain a thorough understanding of the customer’s small business operations, needs, challenges and goals - Recommend the right solutions based on need across the QB ecosystem and reinforce the value proposition - Create an engaging and delightful experience resulting in new customer acquisition and/or ecosystem attach - Champion the Intuit Brand of being Real, Smart, Honest, Committed and Spirited - Consistently meet defined key performance productivity and sales metrics - Partner with FLLs to ensure participation and engagement of the sales teams supported Hours of Operation 9am-9pm EST, M-F - Schedules will fall with in this time period. We cannot committ to specific schedules - Please source across all TimeZones - Training is a 9 week commitment (4 weeks classroom, 1 week nesting, 4 weeks on the job) 15 hires for chat 15 hires for phone Locations: hybrid onsite in PLN TCS and/or ATL - secondary locations NY and SDG NOTES: Call center experience is very helpful Experience in selling a service – cable, phone, electric, etc. – does not necessarily need to be SaaS experience Someone who wants to be in Sales – working to convert shoppers to buyers Full cycle selling – Understanding the need to placing the order Someone who can handle working in multiple software systems Will handle a high volume of calls and/or chats Will be working to sell addressing up to 5 different product lines: Payments (Merchant Processing), Payroll, Live Bookkeeping, QB Core Product (Desktop and Cloud) Qualifications: Minimum 2+ years of quota-carrying in a SAAS environment or equivalent Minimum 1+ years experience understanding of the client management lifecycle and ability to collaborate effectively with pipeline management or equivalent Prior sales experience with accounting, ERP, or other financial management software is preferred. Proficiency in utilizing key sales methodologies such as Challenger, SPIN, Solution, or Sandler is preferred Proficiency in utilizing CRM tools like Saleforce, ChiliPiper is preferred Worker Expectations: 3 performance skills checks – will terminate if fail two Attendance expectations will be sent out to vendors Training – 9 weeks total – 4 weeks in classroom + 5 hybrid class and floor - 8am-5pm ET training schedule Candidates will need to know and agree to the following: 1) Initially, candidates will likely work a later shift. The business closes at 9pm EST. 2) Intuit, not the agency determines your work schedule 3) Absences during the 5 week training period are not permitted and cause for dismissal. 4) Candidates will need to complete a learner's agreement form during the initial screenings with TA. Additional Skills & Qualifications
Minimum 2+ years of quota-carrying in a SAAS environment or equivalent
