We’re growing fast — and we’re looking for a driven, people-oriented Sales Representative who thrives in the event world.
Role Overview
The Event Production Sales Representative will be responsible for generating new business and managing existing client relationships across our event production and rental divisions. You’ll sell everything from full-scale A/V production packages for conferences and corporate events to individual rental items such as projectors, lighting, or staging equipment. Occasionally, you’ll also assist with rental orders for items like tables, chairs, and décor.
You’ll be at the forefront of helping event planners, venues, and organizations bring their vision to life — backed by one of the most respected production teams in the region.

Responsibilities
• Develop and close B2B sales opportunities for A/V production and event rentals
• Manage inbound leads from event planners, venues, and corporate clients
• Proactively prospect and build relationships with local venues, hotels, and corporate event organizers
• Attend networking events and industry gatherings to grow our client base
• Prepare and present customized quotes and proposals based on client needs
• Collaborate with our production and operations teams to ensure seamless event execution
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and opportunities in our CRM
• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets

Qualifications
• 2+ years of sales experience (preferably in A/V production, event rentals, or hospitality)
• Proven ability to close deals and build long-term client relationships
• Knowledge of audio-visual systems, event production, or related fields is highly preferred
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple projects at once
• Self-motivated with a proactive, entrepreneurial approach to sales
• Must be comfortable with both inbound and outbound sales responsibilities
