Position Overview

We are hiring Entry-Level Door-to-Door Sales Representatives to generate leads, perform inspections, and close roofing projects.

This is a field-based, hands-on role where you will:

• Knock doors

• Get on roofs to inspect properties

• Guide homeowners through the process

• Close deals in a one-call close environment

No roofing experience required. Sales experience is required.

This role is ideal for individuals coming from:

• Restaurant / hospitality

• Retail

• Bartending

• Automotive sales

If you’re comfortable talking to people and willing to be hands-on, we will train you on roofing.

What You’ll Do

Door-to-Door Prospecting

• Canvass neighborhoods and knock doors daily

• Identify homeowners with potential storm damage or roofing needs

• Set and run your own opportunities

Roof Inspections (Hands-On)

• Climb and inspect roofs (training provided)

• Identify damage and assess conditions

• Document findings and prepare for consultation

One-Call Close Sales Process

• Meet with homeowners and explain findings

• Educate on:

  • Insurance claim opportunities

  • Repair vs. replacement options

• Present solutions and close the deal on the first visit when possible

Pipeline Management

• Manage deals from first contact → inspection → close

• Follow up and maintain consistent deal flow

What We’re Looking For

Required

• Sales experience (restaurant, retail, bartending, car sales, etc.)

• Comfortable with door-to-door interaction

• Willingness to climb roofs and be hands-on

• Strong communication and people skills

Preferred

• Experience in face-to-face or commission-based sales

Candidates with only canvassing (e.g., political campaigns) and no closing experience are typically not the best fit.

Compensation & Earnings

• Uncapped commission structure

• High-ticket roofing projects = strong per-deal earnings

• $80,000 – $180,000+ annually
