Responsibilities

• Continuously assess patients' conditions, monitor vital signs (like blood pressure, pulse, and oxygen levels), and identify any deterioration.
• Administer medications and treatments, set up and manage IV lines and other life-support equipment, and perform procedures like intubation.
• Act quickly in life-saving situations and be prepared to respond to medical emergencies.
• Work with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individual treatment plans.
• Provide education to patients and their families about their condition and treatment and offer emotional support during stressful times.
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records.

Requirements

Job Qualification

• One year of ICU RN experience required, completed within the last two years.
• Active RN license in the state of practice (or compact state if applicable).
