Dental Office Manager - Mesa, AZ

We are looking for an experienced and qualified Dental Business Manager for our dental office. Our Dental Business Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the practice to ensure patients have an exceptional experience and the daily tasks in the office are completed. Focusing on patient communication and education, and leading the team to promote a well-organized and efficient practice are your primary responsibilities.

Overseeing and participating in the day-to-day operations, including daily balancing, training, and HR. Demonstrate excellent organizational skills and perform well in stressful situations. The position also requires knowledge of dental systems and operations. You will manage all administrative responsibilities for front-office employees, as well as partner with the doctor to manage the clinical side of the practice.

Business Manager Duties & Responsibilities

• Guarantee office productivity, manage all internal office procedures and policies
• Maintain overhead control, staff schedules, patient ledgers and billing system
• Deliver direct individual and team leadership to ensure all team members deliver outstanding customer service
• Coordinate the day-to-day execution of office practices that increase productivity and efficiency
• Respond to clinical and operational issues in a timely and professional manner
• Hire, train and lead all new team members
• Delegate tasks as required

Business Manager Requirements

• Operational familiarity with Open Dental and/or Dentrix practice management system
• A minimum of 3 years of dental management experience
• Servant leadership qualities and comprehensive problem-solving skills
• Dedicated to delivering excellent customer service
• Friendly, professional, and highly organized
• Solid understanding of dental billing and insurance procedures
