Collections Specialist (Bilingual) Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $18.00 / hour
• Full Time work available
• First Shift ( Monday through Friday from 08:00am to 05:00pm )

• Contact customers regarding past-due accounts and collect outstanding payments.
• Process and post customer payments while maintaining accurate account records.
• Resolve billing questions, payment issues, and customer account concerns.
• Monitor aging accounts and follow collection procedures, including service disconnections when authorized.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely account resolution and excellent customer service.

Collections Specialist (Bilingual) Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Minimum of 2 years of commercial collections experience preferred.
• Previous billing, collections, and/or customer service experience preferred.
• The ability to effectively communicate, negotiate, and provide customer support in both languages (English and Spanish) is essential for success in this role.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Flexible and willing to work overtime, evenings, and weekends as business needs require.
