This swing shift opportunity offers hands-on experience in a regulated aerospace environment, with structured training and a generous attendance-based bonus program. **Your Role and Impact** As a **FAA Assembly Mechanic** , you'll be responsible for constructing, maintaining, and testing mechanical equipment and components. You'll follow detailed instructions and safety protocols to ensure the reliability and performance of aerospace systems. **What You'll Be Doing** + Assemble mechanical components to meet quality and safety standards. + Perform routine maintenance and testing of machinery and equipment. + Identify and replace worn or malfunctioning parts. + Operate hand tools and powered industrial equipment safely. + Follow FAA-compliant procedures and work orders. + Maintain accurate documentation and report to supervisors. + Complete initial training on day shift before transitioning to swing shift. **What We're Looking For** **Required Qualifications:** + High school diploma or equivalent. + 0-2 years of experience in mechanical assembly or a related field. + Familiarity with basic mechanical concepts and procedures. + Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and perform repetitive tasks. **Why Join Us at PDS Tech Commercial** At **PDS Tech Commercial** , we value craftsmanship, safety, and growth.
