Entry-Level Human Resources Business Partner

- Maintain a visible HR presence on the manufacturing floor for real-time engagement and solutions
- Serve as a contact for employees at all levels, addressing concerns, guiding on company policies, referral to Human Resource Generalists (HRG) as required, and acting as a neutral party in resolving conflicts
- Promote open communication and guide discussions to collaboratively resolve workplace issues in a positive and fair manner
- Assist in deployment and administration of HR programs, policies, practices, and processes
- Work closely with HR Centers of Excellence (COE) to provide employee feedback (e.g., labor relations, talent, compensation, training), and assist in the support in the delivery of programs
- Maintain records of employee interactions and resolutions or follow-up actions
- Resolve or refer HR Service Center employee issues
- Identify recurring employee concerns or trends, reporting these to HR leadership to develop proactive solutions or interventions
- Provide reporting data and analysis for trends in providing solutions or administering new HR programs
- Resolve or refer HR Service Center employee issues
- Plan, coordinate, and facilitate new hire orientation
- Support division-level projects supporting the Mesa Site People Plan and HR priorities
- This role requires a consistent presence on the manufacturing floor
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with exposure to loud noises, machinery, and manufacturing operations
- Experience communicating and implementing HR programs, policies, practices, and processes
- Experience in Change Management/Integration
- Experience managing projects and utilizing standard project management tools
- Experience in Excel (i.e. formulas, pivot tables, linking worksheets)
- Experience in a role utilizing business acumen
- Bachelor’s Degree or Higher
- Human Resources certification (SHRM and/or PHR Certification)
- 1+ years of experience working with employees as a Human Resources Generalist (HRG) or Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP)
- Experience partnering and strategizing HR initiatives with senior leaders
- Experience in influencing and building strong relationships with stakeholders and senior leaders
- 120.15 is required. “U.S. Person” includes U.S. Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.
