OB/GYN Opportunity | Southwest Arizona | New Facility + Birthing Center
Join a growing women's health program in Southwest Arizona where you'll have a full-spectrum OB/GYN practice, dedicated surgical access, and the opportunity to be part of a brand-new birthing center opening soon.

- Full-spectrum OB/GYN with consistent delivery volume (~3,000 annually)
- Blocked OR time and access to a 406-bed hospital with Level III NICU
- Shared call with manageable frequency
- Mid-level support to help balance workload
- Established women's health clinic with integrated urgent care and surgical services
- Mix of clinic, OR, and hospital-based care
- Built-in referral base and growing community need
- Supportive team environment designed for efficiency
- Full-time role with a balanced weekly structure
- Shared call rotation
- Dedicated access to OR and inpatient resources
