**What You'll Do:**
+ Provide customer service to clients and guests by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities at the hotel or resort location.
+ Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, offering support as needed.
+ Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the property and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential issues.
+ Monitor entrances, exits, and other access points to help to maintain a secure environment for guests, staff, and visitors.
+ Complete detailed and accurate reports on incidents, observations, and daily activities as required by Allied Universal and the location.
+ Assist hotel or resort staff and guests with security-related concerns, providing information and guidance as needed.
+ Remain alert to unusual activity or situations that may require a response, and communicate promptly with appropriate personnel.
**Minimum Requirements:**
+ A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
+ Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
+ Ability to lift more than 20 pounds is preferred.
+ A state, county, or city issued security license is preferred.
+ CPR certification is preferred.
+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
