What You'll Do:
🎯 Design and conduct stability studies for pharmaceutical products
📊 Analyze stability data and prepare comprehensive reports
🤝 Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with regulatory standards
🔬 Develop and validate analytical methods for stability testing
📝 Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with GLP guidelines
🚀 Mentor junior staff and support training initiatives
What We're Looking For:
✅ A minimum of 6 years of experience in stability or related research roles
✅ Strong knowledge of regulatory guidelines and industry best practices
✅ Proficiency in statistical analysis software and data interpretation
✅ Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
✅ Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
