Project Manager with Agile Champion

**CTG is seeking an experienced Project Manager with Agile expertise to lead and deliver key initiatives while driving Agile adoption across teams.** **Location:** Phoenix, AZ **Duration:** 12 months **Key Responsibilities:** + Manage full project lifecycle: planning, execution, and delivery. + Serve as an Agile Champion, facilitating Scrum, Kanban, and other Agile ceremonies. + Mentor teams on Agile practices and promote continuous improvement. + Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure on-time, on-budget project delivery. + Identify and mitigate project risks and issues proactively. **Requirements:** + Strong background in Agile methodologies and project management. + Proven experience leading cross-functional teams. + Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills. + Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field preferred. + PMP, PMI-ACP, or equivalent certification a plus.
