Veterinary Customer Service Representative
Full-Time Veterinary Receptionist - 1 yr Experience preferred

We are seeking a full-time client service representative.
Position Overview:- Candidates must possess strong organizational skills, be a team player, have excellent telephone and in-person communication skills, and have the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- They must have compassion for animals and their owners and understand the stress that patients and clients endure.
- Preferred knowledge of veterinary medicine such as basic diseases, medications and treatments, and preventative care recommendations.
- The position entails basic receptionist duties such as answering phones, filing, making appointments (Avimark software), check-in and check-out procedures, and great customer service but is not limited to these functions.
- Compensation is dependent on experience.

Schedule:
- 10-hour shift.
- 6-hour shift.
- Day shift.
- Monday to Friday.
- Weekend availability rotating Saturdays.
