Construction Project Manager Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $20.00 / hour
• Full Time work available
• First Shift ( Monday through Friday from 06:00am to 02:30pm )

• Manage all phases of construction projects, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource coordination.
• Prepare accurate cost estimates, proposals, and budgets for new projects.
• Communicate effectively with clients, subcontractors, and project teams to ensure smooth execution.
• Lead and mentor project staff while ensuring all work meets safety, quality, and compliance standards.

Construction Project Manager Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.
• Proven experience managing construction projects from pre-construction to completion.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, budgeting, and project scheduling.
• Proficiency with estimating software, project management tools, and blueprint reading.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
