Front Desk Associate

Position Summary:
ProCraft Cabinetry (Phoenix location) is looking for a reliable and professional Front Desk Associate to join our team at a wholesale cabinetry company in Phoenix. As the first point of contact for customers, vendors, and visitors, you’ll help create a welcoming environment while supporting daily office operations.

Essential Job Functions and Responsibilities:

• Greet visitors and answer incoming calls with professionalism.
• Provide basic information and direct inquiries to the right department.
• Handle mail, packages, and deliveries.
• Assist with scheduling and general administrative support (filing, data entry, scanning, etc.).
• Keep the reception area clean and organized.
• Support sales and warehouse staff with office tasks as needed.

Expected Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous front desk, receptionist, or administrative experience preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Comfortable with Microsoft Office and basic office equipment.
• Positive attitude, professional appearance, and ability to multitask .

Work Location: 1030 E University Drive, Phoenix, AZ 85034
Job Type: Full-time
Pay : Average pay rate $17--$20/hour based on experience, knowledge, and ability.
Schedule : 8-hour shift; Monday to Friday, starting 7:00 am – 3:30 pm.
