AI Solution ARCHITECT
Key Requirements Summary – AI Solutions Architect (Contractor)
Location: Phoenix, AZ
Work Model: 100% Remote after Day 1 equipment pickup
Restriction: Local Phoenix candidates only

Core Responsibilities
Architect and implement secure, scalable AI and Agentic AI solutions
Design end-to-end AI ecosystems including:
RAG pipelines
LLM orchestration
Human-in-the-loop workflows
AI agent frameworks
Collaborate with internal AI teams, vendors, cybersecurity, DevOps, and data teams
Lead architecture documentation and technical governance
Ensure compliance with:
PII
HIPAA
CJIS
Arizona State security and accessibility standards
Build explainable, auditable, and ethical AI systems
Support enterprise AI strategy and roadmap initiatives
Required Technical Skills
Strong experience with:
Agentic AI
Azure OpenAI
LLMs
Machine Learning
RAG architectures
Development background in:
.NET (C#, VB.NET)
HTML
JavaScript
Automation technologies:
OCR
IDP
AI/ML tooling
Experience designing AI solutions from business and technical requirements
Ability to create:
Architecture artifacts
Technical specifications
System designs
Strong analytical and communication skills
Ability to understand and analyze existing codebases
