Responsibilities:

• Design, architect, and deploy Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) and Azure Stack HCI solutions for enterprise environments.
• Lead end-to-end integrations and migrations from legacy systems to modern cloud and hybrid infrastructures.
• Own deployment efforts—no support work, purely hands-on architecture and implementation.
• Identify and remediate cloud infrastructure issues, ensuring optimized performance and security.
• Engage directly with clients and stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable, secure, and high-performing Azure solutions.
• Manage multiple concurrent projects, ensuring timely delivery while maintaining technical excellence.
• Mentor and lead technical teams, providing strategic guidance and best practices.

Skills/Must have:

• Expert-level experience in Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) and/or Azure Stack HCI.
• Proven track record in customer-facing roles, with the ability to drive discussions and influence decisions.
• Deep expertise in cloud migrations, integrations, and hybrid cloud infrastructure.
• Strong hands-on experience with Azure deployment and implementation—this is NOT a support role.
• Ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong knowledge of cloud security, networking, identity management, and governance.
• Azure Certification – Must hold an Azure Specialist Certification (such as Azure Solutions Architect Expert, Azure Virtual Desktop Specialty, or relevant equivalent).
