You will collaborate closely with Product Owners, stakeholders, and other Scrum Masters to enable delivery excellence, foster cross-team collaboration, and maintain strong software quality. **Key Responsibilities** **1. Facilitate Agile Ceremonies** + Organize and lead daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews/demos, retrospectives, and release planning workshops. + Maintain visibility of sprint progress using dashboards, burndown charts, velocity tracking, and big visible charts. **2. Remove Impediments & Manage Dependencies** + Identify and proactively resolve blockers, coordinating across teams or escalating when necessary. + Handle external dependencies, mitigate risks, and foster quick decision-making. **3. Coach & Mentor Agile Teams** + Educate teams and Product Owners on Agile practices, backlog creation techniques, and maintaining Definition of Ready/Done. + Encourage self-organization, conflict resolution, continuous improvement, and productivity enhancements. **4. Champion Scrum & Agile Adoption** + Promote transparency through all Scrum events, foster servant leadership, and encourage Agile values. + Collaborate with other Scrum Masters to scale Agile across teams and improve overall Agile maturity. **5. Track Metrics & Report Progress** + Capture and report team performance metrics (velocity, burndown, defect trends) to stakeholders. + Use data-driven insights to identify opportunities for process improvements. **6. Ensure Quality & Delivery Excellence** + Advocate for test automation, quality goals, and stable sprint execution without compromising deliverables. + Coach teams to craft clear, well-formed user stories and uphold acceptance criteria. **Qualifications & Experience** **Experience** + 6-8 years in Agile environments, with at least 2-3 years as a Scrum Master. + Proven experience guiding multiple cross-functional Agile teams in scaled environments. **Education & Certifications** + Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Business, or related field. + Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM), or equivalent. Additional certifications such as PMP, CSP, SAFe, ITIL are preferred. **Skills & Competencies** + Strong proficiency in Scrum theory and Agile frameworks (Kanban, XP, etc.). + Excellent facilitation, communication, conflict-resolution, and coaching abilities. Hands-on experience with Agile tools like Jira, Confluence, Rally, or Trello; skilled in transparency and reporting dashboards Works in the area of Software Engineering, which encompasses the development, maintenance and optimization of software solutions/applications. 1. Applies scientific methods to analyse and solve software engineering problems. 2. He/she is responsible for the development and application of software engineering practice and knowledge, in research, design, development and maintenance. 3. His/her work requires the exercise of original thought and judgement and the ability to supervise the technical and administrative work of other software engineers. 4. The software engineer builds skills and expertise of his/her software engineering discipline to reach standard software engineer skills expectations for the applicable role, as defined in Professional Communities. 5. The software engineer collaborates and acts as team player with other software engineers and stakeholders. The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: $95000 - $100000 Capgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable national, state, provincial, and local pay transparency laws. The base compensation range listed for this position reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation Capgemini, in good faith, believes it may pay for the role at the time of this posting.
