POD Tech Lead
- Lead the design, development, and maintenance of web applications and backend services using Node.js and supporting technologies
- Develop and support front-end and back-end components to meet business, user, and technical requirements
- Oversee application programming interface development, system integrations, and cloud-based deployments across the delivery lifecycle
- Conduct code reviews, testing, debugging, and issue resolution to support application performance and code quality
- Collaborate with designers, developers, and business stakeholders on architecture, delivery planning, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Ability to work independently and collaborate as part of a team

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or Computer Engineering or equivalent experience
- 9+ years of experience developing applications using Node.js, JavaScript, or TypeScript
- 3+ years of experience designing and integrating REST application programming interfaces and microservices
- 3+ years of experience deploying and supporting applications in Amazon Web Services, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform
- Ability to travel up to 10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.
- Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.
- Experience leading application development workstreams or small engineering teams
- Experience supporting managed services or application support environments
- Experience with Docker or Kubernetes
