Advanced Manufacturing/Production Operator

ACARA Solutions and our client in Scottsdale, AZ have 4 contract-to-direct hire positions available (1st shift)

$23.00-$27.00 per hour (DOE)

1st Shift/Contract-to-hire (client can hire you at any time after 90 days)

You'll perform fabrication or inspection functions in a research, production, or pre-production environment by reading and interpreting moderately complex schematics and drawings. Following more advanced methods, techniques, and sequence of operations in performing wiring, component installation, hand soldering, and cable harnessing on subassemblies and units, we'll rely on you to build or integrate hardware for prototypes, subassemblies or systems, perform moderately complex electrical tests along with more complex rework and refurbishment of hardware and systems.
* Previous experience with J-STD-001 space addendum is preferred
* Ability to accurately complete process paperwork and enter data into the applicable work order management system
* Solid computer, communication, and time management skills
* Solid knowledge of measuring/test equipment and math

Job Requirements

Required Skills / Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Minimum of 4 years of Manufacturing/Production experience.

Preferred Skills / Qualifications:

• Previous experience with J-STD-001 space addendum.
• Ability to accurately complete process paperwork and entering data into the applicable work order management system.
• Solid computer, communication and time management skills.
• Solid knowledge of measuring/test equipment and math.
• Creative thinking with the ability to multi-task.
• Commitment to ongoing professional development.
