Administrative Assistant I
Kforce has a client in Phoenix, AZ that is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Administrative Assistant to keep their operations running smoothly. In this role, the Administrative Assistant will manage calendars, coordinate meetings, handle confidential information with integrity, and provide exceptional support to the team. - Provide administrative support to staff and report directly to the manager
- Assist with appointment scheduling and coordination
- Scan and organize documents and records accurately
- Deliver exceptional, empathetic service to colleagues while strictly adhering to privacy and confidentiality policies
- Coordinate and proactively maintain multiple calendars, including scheduling meetings on behalf of team members with a high level of integrity
- Manage incoming phone calls and emails; prioritize urgent matters; Acknowledge receipt and respond on behalf of team members when appropriate
- Demonstrated integrity in handling sensitive and confidential information
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; strong interpersonal and collaboration abilities
- Dependable, enthusiastic team player with a proactive attitude
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and DocuSign
