Job Title: Production Supervisor
Location: Phoenix, AZ (43rd Ave & Camelback)
Pay: $70,000–$75,000/year (DOE)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 1st Shift
Type: Direct Hire

Position Overview

We are seeking a hands-on Production Supervisor to lead daily operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for overseeing production teams, ensuring safety and quality standards are met, and driving efficiency across the production floor.

The ideal candidate is a strong leader who leads by example, holds their team accountable, and is comfortable working in a high-volume environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily production activities to meet output goals
• Lead, coach, and develop production team members
• Monitor and enforce safety procedures and company policies
• Ensure product quality standards are consistently met
• Track production metrics including productivity, downtime, and efficiency
• Identify process improvements and support continuous improvement initiatives
• Collaborate with maintenance, quality, and other departments to resolve issues
• Assist with scheduling, staffing, and performance management
• Support onboarding and training of new employees

Qualifications

• 3 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing or production environment
• Strong understanding of production processes, safety, and quality standards
• Experience in high-volume, fast-paced environments
• Proven leadership and team management skills
• Ability to problem solve and make decisions in real time
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
