What You'll Do

As a Life Enrichment Assistant, you'll play a key role in creating an engaging, fulfilling environment for our residents by:

Assisting with the planning and execution of fun and meaningful activities.
Ensuring programs meet the interests and needs of residents.
Encouraging participation and fostering a sense of community.
Documenting resident engagement and feedback to help improve programs.
Driving residents to scheduled outings, appointments, and church services using the community vehicle.
Helping with decorations and setup for holidays and special events.
Supporting resident-centered enrichment programs to enhance their quality of life.

What We're Looking For

To be successful in this role, you should have:

A passion for working with seniors and creating meaningful experiences.
A high school diploma (or equivalent).
The ability to lift up to 40 pounds and perform tasks that involve bending, standing, and walking.
A valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with a variety of personalities.
A positive, team-oriented attitude with the ability to work independently when needed.
The ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screening.
