Position Title: Furniture Assembly & TV Mounting Technician
Location: Various apartment communities in the Greater Phoenix Area. Travel between locations required.
Job Type: Contract (1099, flexible based on availability — adjust as needed).
About the Role: LifeRise Solutions is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Assembly & Mounting Technician to help residents set up their homes at our apartment communities. The ideal candidate will assemble flat-pack furniture and securely mount TVs and wall items — especially for new move-ins. This role involves traveling between multiple apartment locations, so reliable transportation is essential. If you're handy, precise, and take pride in a job well done, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Assemble flat-pack furniture such as beds, dressers, desks, and shelving.
- Mount TVs and securely hang shelves, mirrors, and artwork.
- Locate studs, level items, and ensure everything is safely and sturdily installed.
- Clean up packaging and leave each space resident-ready.
- Travel to different apartment communities as scheduled.
- Note: this role is limited to assembly, mounting, and hanging — no electrical, plumbing, or licensed contractor work.
Requirements:
- At least 1 year of experience assembling furniture and mounting TVs.
- Own basic tools (drill/driver, stud finder, level, bit/socket set).
- Reliable vehicle and valid driver's license for travel between locations.
- Smartphone for accepting jobs and communicating with residents.
- Careful, detail-oriented, and professional with residents.
