Position specific duties include but are not limited to:
· Assist in providing services to allow all learners to access the curriculum and reach high standards.
· Review, update and maintain confidential files, maintain confidentiality and security of documentation.
- Substitute Teaching
· Data collection, input, and progress monitoring
· Maintain good relationships with students, families, supervisors, and peers.
· Participate in parent & teacher meetings as needed.
· Special projects as assigned.
· Conduct small intervention groups for students of all learning levels
Qualifications for Assistants:
AA degree
Para-professional certificate preferred
Certified teachers encouraged to apply
Core Knowledge Curriculum experience a plus!
