Role Overview:
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for clients, helping them resolve issues, answer questions, and understand how to use company products and services. You will support businesses with 50–999 employees and ensure they receive excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound customer calls and respond to client inquiries.
- Resolve customer issues and provide timely solutions.
- Educate clients on products, services, and system features.
- Build strong relationships and provide a positive customer experience.
- Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records.
- Follow call center processes and meet performance metrics.
- Stay organized and manage multiple customer requests effectively.
Required Skills:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, metrics-driven call center environment.
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn new systems.
- Ability to build rapport and maintain professionalism with customers.
