Front of House Team Member
At Chick-fil-A, the Team Member role is more than just a job; it's an opportunity. In addition to working directly for an independent Owner/Operator, Team Members gain life experience that goes far beyond serving a great product in a friendly environment. Team Members are responsible for providing an exceptional dining experience for everyone they serve daily and ensuring all guests receive signature Chick-fil-A service and food. As a FOH Team Member, you will welcome & greet guests, take and prepare customer orders at either the front counter or drive-thru, maintain cleanliness at the counter and dining room, observe health and sanitation guidelines, and ensure each guest leaves with a smile! We are looking for friendly, enthusiastic people who enjoy serving guests. We will teach you everything else you need to know! Successful team members will conduct themselves with a positive attitude and truthful character, demonstrating 2nd-mile service to every guest who visits our restaurant.

Front of House Team Member Responsibilities:
