This executive leadership role will oversee the company's financial strategy while partnering closely with ownership to drive operational performance, profitability, and long-term growth. You'll lead finance and accounting functions, provide strategic insight across the business, and help shape the company's future through acquisitions, process improvements, and capital planning. Lead accounting operations, including intercompany accounting, WIP/job costing, and financial oversight of construction and real estate transactions. Build KPI dashboards and financial reporting tools to improve operational visibility and executive decision-making. Manage banking, investments, vendor relationships, and negotiate payment terms, rebates, and financing strategies. Drive process improvements while supporting acquisitions, capital investments, and cost management across labor, materials, and operations. Requirements: Experience with $300M revenue companies required Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required Construction industry experience preferred Technology and AI proficiency required CPA preferred Determining compensation for this role (and others) at Vaco/Highspring depends upon a wide array of factors including but not limited to the individual’s skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, office location and other geographic considerations, as well as other business and organizational needs.
