(Korean Bilingual) Site Operations Specialist
About the Role
Our Client is seeking a Site Operations Specialist in Queen Creek, AZ. The Site Operations Specialist will supervise and coordinate on-site logistics activities, focusing on daily truck deliveries, team performance, recordkeeping, and client/vendor communication. Salary: 60K ~ 73K
Requirements
Responsibilities
- Supervise daily truck delivery schedules, assignments, and team performance to ensure operational execution.
- Ensure timely completion of deliveries and address on-site operational issues promptly.
- Prepare and submit accurate daily progress reports, including trucker activity, project milestones, and delivery status.
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries, inventory, and logistics activities.
- Work closely with drivers, warehouse staff, and other logistics personnel to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
- Maintain detailed logs of cargo movements and on-site activities.
- Coordinate with vendors, clients, and drivers to ensure smooth on-site operations.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their requirements and address any issues.
- Monitor safety compliance and adherence to project guidelines.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in logistics, trucking operations, cargo project management, or a related field required.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Bilingual in English and Korean.
