About the Role

Movement for Life Physical Therapy is expanding and looking for a Physical Therapist to join our team in Oro Valley, AZ . We provide mentorship for new grads, specialty support, and flexible scheduling in a collaborative, patient-centered environment .

• Full-time preferred , 40 hours per week

• Part-time and PRN candidates considered

Caseload & Specialty Areas

• Diverse outpatient orthopedic caseload , including:

  • Sports injuries

  • Pre and post-operative rehabilitation

  • Injury prevention and performance conditioning

• Specialty areas supported , including:

  • Blood Flow Restriction Therapy

  • Concussion Therapy

  • Dry Needling

  • Neurologic Rehab & Parkinson’s Therapy

  • Pelvic Floor Therapy

  • Vestibular Rehabilitation

New grads are welcome! Mentorship is available to ensure a smooth transition into the role.

Work Schedule

• Clinic hours: 7:20 AM - 5:00 PM

• Flexible scheduling available: 4x10s or 5x8s

• No weekends or holidays!

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary range: $80,000 - $105,000 per year (based on experience and specialty certifications)

Job Requirements

• Graduation as a Doctor of Physical Therapy (or equivalent standing)

• Arizona PT licensure or eligibility

• New grads welcome – mentorship available
