Position Overview:

As a Server at Pinyon you are a guide to our guests experience. Youll deliver genuine hospitality, showcase your knowledge of Mediterranean-inspired food and beverages, and thrive in a fast-paced, team-service environment. This role requires poise, attentiveness, and the ability to balance speed with care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome guests warmly and set the tone for a polished dining experience.
• Guide guests through the menu, highlighting flavors, ingredients, and pairings.
• Collaborate in a team-service model, ensuring every table receives seamless attention.
• Take orders and process payments accurately and efficiently via Toast.
• Deliver food and drinks promptly while maintaining knowledge of presentation standards.
• Anticipate guest needs and resolve issues with professionalism and care.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in service areas and dining spaces.
• Stay composed and efficient in a high-volume environment.

Qualifications

Previous serving experience in a high-volume, upscale restaurant strongly preferred.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to multitask and thrive under pressure.

Strong knowledge of food, wine, and cocktails (or eagerness to learn quickly).

Polished, professional demeanor with a guest-first attitude.

Team-oriented with a collaborative spirit.

Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
