Registered Nurse - Inpatient Adolescent Behavioral Health in Fort Defiance, AZ. Start Date 06/29/2026 for 13 weeks. Weekly pay 2232-2354 per week. Guaranteed hours 36 per week. Shift: 12-hour Night Shift with flexibility to other shifts, weekends and holidays. Setting: Short Term Acute Care Hospital with an inpatient adolescent psychiatric unit.

Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care to adolescent psychiatric inpatients, implementing individualized plans of care under supervision.
- Administer prescribed medications and monitor effects, reporting any changes per policy and physician orders.
- Monitor patient status, behavior, and safety; perform de-escalation and crisis intervention as needed per approved protocols.
- Collaborate with psychiatrists, therapists, social workers, and family to support treatment goals and discharge planning.
- Maintain a therapeutic, trauma-informed environment and adhere to unit routines during admission and discharge processes.
- Document care activities in the electronic health record accurately and promptly; adhere to shift schedules and unit expectations.

Requirements
- American Heart Association BLS certification required
- ACLS certification preferred
- Active training in Therapeutic Crisis Intervention (TCI) or Crisis Prevention (CPI) or MANDT or TEAM required
- Ability to work in an inpatient adolescent behavioral health setting
