Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and reliable Warehouse & Fulfillment Specialist to join our team. This role is crucial to our company's growth, offering opportunities for promotion within as little as six months for the right candidate. The Warehouse & Fulfillment Specialist will be responsible for various tasks to ensure the efficient operation of our warehouse.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Receiving and Processing:

• Unload, inspect, and accurately document incoming shipments.
• Sort and organize products in the warehouse.

1. Inventory Management:

• Maintain accurate inventory records.
• Conduct regular inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies.

1. Order Fulfillment:

• Pick, prepare, and pack orders for shipment.
• Ensure orders are accurately and timely fulfilled.

1. Warehouse Organization:

• Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe.
• Arrange products systematically for easy access and inventory management.

1. Equipment Operation:

• Safely operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.

1. Quality Control:

• Inspect products for defects or damage.
• Ensure all outgoing shipments meet quality standards.

1. Team Collaboration:

• Work closely with team members to achieve warehouse goals.
• Assist in other areas as needed, demonstrating versatility and adaptability.

Qualifications:

• Previous warehouse experience.
• Ability to lift heavy objects and stand for long periods.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Flexible availability.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Clean driving record AND reliable personal transportation.
• Basic computer skills for inventory management.
• Work well with a team.
