We are seeking a reliable and friendly Full-Time Medical Assistant to join our growing team! This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a supportive, wellness-focused environment and enjoys working with patients on their health journey.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and check in patients; assist with scheduling and basic front desk tasks.
• Take and record vital signs, weight, and patient history
• Prepare patients for provider consultations and treatments
• Administer injections (e.g., B12, lipotropic) as directed
• Educate patients on wellness programs and treatment plans
• Maintain accurate documentation in the EMR system
• Ensure the cleanliness of exam rooms and the proper inventory of supplies
• Maintain patient confidentiality and follow HIPAA guidelines

Qualifications :

• 2 years of experience as a Medical Assistant required
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Detail-oriented and organized
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Medical Assistant certification (preferred but not required)
