Job Summary

A growing, team-oriented organization in Tempe, AZ is seeking a Field Service Scheduler to coordinate daily service operations and support a busy team of Field Service Technicians. The Field Service Scheduler will play a key role in customer satisfaction, technician productivity, and overall field service efficiency. Key Responsibilities
- Schedule and dispatch Field Service Technicians for daily service calls, ensuring timely response and efficient coverage.
- Route technicians geographically to improve productivity, reduce travel time, and support customer service expectations.
- Monitor technician location, availability, job status, and changing priorities throughout the day.
- Respond to customer calls, emails, and online service requests in a professional and timely manner.
- Provide technicians with complete job details, including customer information, service history, equipment details, and directions.
- Maintain accurate scheduling, customer, and service information within CRM and field-service systems.

Compensation and Benefits

- Direct hire opportunity.
- Salary range: $60,000 to $65,000 per year.
- Location: Tempe, AZ.

Required Qualifications and Skills

- Schedule and dispatch multiple Field Service Technicians for daily service work.
- Manage real-time schedule changes, service priorities, technician availability, and customer updates.
- Maintain accurate service records in CRM and field-service scheduling systems.
- Support customer satisfaction through timely communication and follow-up.

- 1 to 2 years of relevant scheduling, dispatching, service coordination, or field service operations experience.
- Previous experience as a Field Service Scheduler, Service Dispatcher, Service Coordinator, or similar role.
- Experience coordinating technicians in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, mechanical services, equipment service, delivery, construction services, or another field-service environment.
- Strong customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to think quickly, adjust schedules in real time, and proactively resolve conflicts.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience scheduling multiple Field Service Technicians is strongly preferred.
- Experience with Salesforce Field Service is a major plus.
- Experience with field-service scheduling platforms such as ServiceMax, ServiceTitan, FieldAware, MSI Data, FieldCamp, FSM, or similar software is highly desirable.
- Background supporting HVAC, plumbing, electrical, equipment service, delivery, or construction services operations is preferred.
