• Operate finishing equipment such as sandblast and tumble machines to achieve specified textures.
• Interpret intermediate-level blueprints and uphold tight tolerances with confidence.
• Measure and record results, maintaining production standards and traceable documentation.
• Own quality: complete discrepant tags and keep accurate part counts.
• Keep your area clean, organized, and safe; support a safety-first culture.

Qualifications
