Job Title: Deburr Operator

Job Responsibilities

• Perform a combination of duties with direct supervision.
• Complete Deburr operations according to work order callouts.
• Fill out any necessary paperwork associated with work instructions or job functions.
• Perform tasks in all designated areas of the shop as needed.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area at all times, following the 5 S’s methodology.

Essential Skills

• Proficiency in deburring, grinding, sanding, and polishing using hand tools.
• Basic skills in operating height gauges, digital calipers, pi tapes, micrometers, bench grinders, bead blasters, disc sanders, and belt sanders.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Acceptable aptitudes and communication skills.
• Minimum vision requirements of near and far vision of 20/30 in both eyes, corrected or uncorrected.
• Dexterity to handle small, delicate parts and hand-held measuring equipment simultaneously.
• Ability to understand and carry out instructions in written, oral, or diagram form.
• Excellent communication and cooperation skills.

Shift and Pay

• M-F
• 5 am - 2:30 pm
• $18-22/hour

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $37440.00 - $45760.00/yr.
